GENERAL WARSAW CITY GIFT SET RULES

1. The Buyer who has acquired the Set becomes a Setholder and confirms that he is familiar with these terms and conditions for the use of the Set, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them.
2. Gift set is valid in different locations throughout the Warsaw city. Precise list can be found at warsaw.loyalhub.pl
3. The gift set amount can be used for more than one payment. If the purchase exceeds the amount of the set, the difference must be payed extra in any other payment method. If the purchase is not exceeding the amount, the remainder is left for next purchase.
4. The Set is not exchanged into money or returned.
5. It is not possible to use the Set to pay for new gift set.
6. When purchasing the Set, an invoice indicating VAT is not issued. Upon Buyer’s request, a specified form invoice may be issued at the gift set distribution points, which formalizes the transfer of gift sets. Such an invoice may be submitted electronically only to the e-mail indicated by the Buyer.

WARSAW CITY GIFT SET VALIDITY, EXTENSION AND PAYMENT

1. The Set is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
2. Within 3 months after the expiry of the Set, the validity can be extended for an additional period of 3 months. The Set can only be renewed once, the fee is 49 zl.
3. The Set validity can be checked:
   1. by scaning a QR code with a smart phone or
   2. entering the Set bar code in the self-service www.superprezenty.pl/zarzadzanie-voucherem.
